THREE ROOM STUDIO SATURDAY CHALLENGE #87 ~ Your Favorite Stamp Set!

 Hi everyone! Today's Three Room Studio Challenge is: YOUR FAVORITE STAMP SET. I created tags with the Believe in Fairies clear stamp and coordinating die sets.  My tags were fun to design and I hope you will give them a try. 

Card Instructions

1. Die cut or create tags. My tags are 2.5" X 4.5" 

2. Apply ink color of choice onto tags with "Star Ray Quarter" stencil. 

3. Stamp sentiment in black onto tags.   

4. Stamp, color and die cut fairies and apply to tags. 

Easy right?!?

THREE ROOM STUDIO SATURDAY CHALLENGE #86-CELEBRATION

 Hi everyone! Today's Three Room Studio Challenge is: CELEBRATION. I created a card with the "Yay!" clear stamp set and coordinating die. My card was fun to design and I hope you will give it a try. 

My daughter Courtney recently began her journey at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. I created a card to celebrate her acceptance! 

Card Instructions

1. Cut Cranberry cardstock to 4" X 5.25" and ink "Star Ray Quarter" stencil with with gold ink.

2. Adhere panel to an A2 cardbase. 

3. Find image on the internet; print onto cardstock. 

4. Die-cut image with T-shirt die; adhere to panel. 

5. Stamp; color; die-cut image from "Yay!" set; adhere to panel.

6. Stamp and die-cut "hooray!" from set; adhere to card with foam dots for dimension.  

7. Sprinkle enamel dots on card panel to complete.

THREE ROOM STUDIO SATURDAY CHALLENGE #69-USE KRAFT PAPER

 

Hi everyone! Today's Three Room Studio Challenge is: Use Kraft Paper. I created tags which came together quickly and I hope you will give them a try. 

Instructions

1. Using Kraft cardstock, die-cut tags.

2.  Stamp "hola" from the Hello Friend clear stamp three times on each tag.

3. Stamp "Amiga" from the set on each tag. 

4. Die-cut or paper-punch red hearts; glue 2 on each tag. 

5. Highlight hearts with white gel pen. 

6. Add baker's twine to complete.

Hola everyone! Today's Three Room Studio Challenge is: CASE a Design Team Member. Depending on who you ask, CASE is an acronym for:

When I started scrapbooking, the word "lifting" was also common for copying another crafter's work.  No matter what term you use, it is always proper to give the original designer credit. 

For today's challenge, I CASE'd Design Team Member Karen Boyce's July 2. 2021 Feature Friday card. I like the repeated image on Karen's card. She used flowers and I used a fairy from the "Believe In Fairies" clear stamp set. 

To CASE Karen's card, I could have used the Gerbera Daisy Digital image as well with a different color combo. I chose the use the fairies and create a birthday card. 

To create my card, I stamped and colored the fairies onto a 4" X 5.25" white cardstock panel. 

Next I die-cut and adhered "FABULOUS" from a retired Brutus Monroe set onto the panel. 

I then cut the "happy birthday" stamp from "Believe in Fairies"  in half and stamped "wishing you a" and "birthday" above and below "FABULOUS". 

Next, I matted the panel with pink cardstock and adhered it to an A2 card base. 

I sprinkled various enamel dots to the card to complete.

THREE ROOM STUDIO SATURDAY CHALLENGE #56-USE LEAVES

Hi everyone! Today's Three Room Studio Challenge is: Include Leaves. My card was fun to create and I hope you will give it a try. 

I used Three Room Studio's Just A Moment digital image along with the Let's Hygge clear stamp set to create my card. Unlike traditional clear or rubber stamps, digital images are easily stored on your computer and can be printed in the size of your choice. 

Digital images are also reasonably priced. 

For my card, I downloaded the Just A Moment digital image and resized it so I may fit six to a page. Next I printed the image onto copy paper and white cardstock. 

I colored one image on the cardstock sheet and cut it to 3.75" X 4.25". I then fussy cut an image from the copy paper to create a mask. 

I placed the colored image onto my stamp positioning tool and placed the mask onto the image. I then stamped the A Medley of Fall Collage image by Picket Fence Studios onto the image in black ink.

Next, I cut the image down to 3.25" X 4" and matted it with black cardstock. 

I then adhered the panel onto a white A2 side-folding card base. 

To complete the card, I stamped a sentiment from the Let's Hygge set in white ink onto a .25" X 3.50" black cardstock strip.

THREE ROOM STUDIO SATURDAY CHALLENGE #55-USE FALL COLORS

Hi everyone! Happy World Cardmaking Day! Today's Three Room Studio Challenge is: Use Fall Colors. My card came together quickly and I hope you will give it a try. 

I used Three Room Studio's Gerbera Daisy digital image along with the Aww Thanks clear stamp set to create my card. Unlike traditional clear or rubber stamps, digital images are easily stored on your computer and can be printed in the size of your choice. 

Digital images are also reasonably priced. 

For my card, I downloaded the Gerbera Daisy image and resized it so I may fit six to a page. Next I printed the daisies onto white cardstock, colored and fussy cut them. 

To continue, I adhered the daisies to a 4" X 5.25" cardstock panel and cut off the excess. 

I then stamped and die-cut "thanks" from the Aww Thanks set and popped it onto the panel with foam squares.

To complete, I adhered the panel to an A2 side-folding card base.

THREE ROOM STUDIO SATURDAY CHALLENGE #54-GLITTER

 Hi everyone! Hope you are feeling well! Today's Three Room Studio Challenge is: Glitter. My card came together quickly and I hope you will give it a try. 

I used the Three Room Studio Aww Thanks and Welcome Little One clear stamps sets to create my Thank You card. 

To begin, I adhered a 4" X 5.25" black glitter cardstock panel to an A2 top-folding card base. To that, I adhered a 3.75" X 5" white cardstock panel. 

Next, I stamped various sentiments from the Aww Thanks and Welcome Little One clear stamps sets on black cardstock with white pigment ink. I cut the sentiments into strips. 

To continue, I stamped the large "thanks" with white pigment ink onto black cardstock. I then stamped it again with Versamark Ink and heat set it with sparkle glitter embossing powder. 

I die-cut "thanks" with the coordinating die and adhered it to the card.  I then glued the sentiment strips onto the card. 

To complete the card, I die-cut hearts from the set in black glitter cardstock and sprinkled them onto the card.

THREE ROOM STUDIO SATURDAY CHALLENGE #49 -USE POLKA DOTS, STRIPES OR PLAID

  Hola everyone! Today's Three Room Studio Challenge is: Use Polka Dots, Stripes or Plaid. My card came together quickly and I hope you will give it a try. 

To create my birthday card, I used the Yay! clear stamp and coordinating die set. 

To begin, I adhered scrap polka dot patterned paper to a top-folding  A2 card base. 

I then stamped, colored and die cut the image. I stamped the image an additional time onto scrap patterned paper with smaller polka dots and fussy cut the top and glue it to the image. I adhered the image to the card base. 

Next, I die-cut "hooray" there times in black cardstock and highlighted with white gel pen. I adhered them to the card base. 

I die-cut "hooray!" in the smaller polka dot patterned paper and adhered it to the inside of the card. Easy right?? I told you so!

THREE ROOM STUDIO SATURDAY CHALLENGE #38 -BIRTHDAY

 Hola everyone! Today's Three Room Studio Challenge is: Birthday. My card came together quickly and I hope you will give it a try. 

To create my birthday card, I used my favorite Three Room Studio clear stamps set: Believe in Fairies along with the coordinating die.

To begin, I die-cut a 2 3/4" circle onto scrap piece of cardstock to create a stencil.

I then positioned the stencil onto a 4" X 5 1/4" white cardstock  panel and blended Wild Honey and Abandoned Coral Distress Inks within the circle. 

Next, I stamped the sentiments onto the circle.

To continue, I stamped, colored and die-cut one of the fairies from the Believe in Fairies clear stamp set and adhered it to the card panel.

Dress: RV52 RV55

Wings: B0000

To complete my card, I added a few enamel dots and adhered the panel to an A2 white cardstock card base. (4 1/4" X 5 1/2")

THREE ROOM STUDIO SATURDAY CHALLENGE #35-MOTHER'S DAY

Hola everyone! Today's Three Room Studio Challenge is: Mother's Day. I used the Welcome Little One clear stamp set to create my card. As you can see, I altered the image to give my mermaid mom an afro. 

To create my card I stamped the image and sketched out the afro. It was very easy as most of the hair was part of the image. I then colored and fussy cut the image and set it aside. 

Next, I glued 3/4" X 3" strips of Peony, Papaya, Azalea and Arctic cardstock onto white cardstock and die-cut them with a circle nesting die.  

I then die-cut a larger circle into a  3 7/8" X 5 1/8" white card panel, stamped the sentiment below the circle and adhered the striped circle to the back of the panel. 

After heat-setting sand embossing powder on to scrap paper, I cut them into 4" strips, cut the ends and adhered them to the front of the card panel. 

I adhered the newly coiffed mermaid mom to the card panel, added enamel dots and placed the panel onto an A2 card base.
