Hero Arts|Congrats

 Hola everyone. Hope your Thursday is going well! Today I am sharing a card I created with Hero Arts Core Inks and the Congrats & Yay Stamp & Cut XL.

Card Instructions

1. Ink the Birthday Balloons Bold Prints with Dandelion, Orchid, 

    Indigo, Azelea and Papaya Core Inks and stamp onto a 

    4" X 5.25" Dove White cardstock panel.  

2. Adhere the panel onto an A2 card base. 

3. Die-cut "Congrats" shadow in Classic Vellum Layering Paper;  

    adhere to card panel.

4. Die-cut "Congrats" in black glitter cardstock; adhere onto 

    vellum shadow to complete card.
