Hero Arts March 2024 My Monthly Hero Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

Each month, apart from the My Monthly Hero Kits, a range of products are released that seamlessly align with the central theme of the release.  

I created a card using the newly released clear stamp add-on: Ramen. You may find the coordinating dies in the Ramen Bundle. 

Card Instructions

1. Create an A2 card base with Pitch Black cardstock. 

2. Adhere a 5" X 3.75" Cherry cardstock panel to the card base. 

3. Stamp, color and die/fussy cut the images; set aside. 

4. Adhere gold tissue paper to a 4.75" X 3.50" piece of corrugated

    cardboard ; let dry; adhere to card front. 

5. Stamp sentiment; trim and mat with Cherry cardstock. 

6. Arrange and adhere images and sentiment onto card front.

Monster Love|MFT Stamps

Hero Arts January 2024 My Monthly Hero Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

Searching for a means to convey affection and happiness to those dear to you?  Explore the possibilities with the January 2024 My Monthly Hero Kits. 

The Premium Kit includes additional elements to extend the potential for more cards and techniques - even more Creativity In The Box! In addition to all of the Classic Kit components, the highlight of the expanded kit is an abundance of Fancy Dies; one of which I used for my first card. 

Card Instructions

1. Cut Passion Flower cardstock to a 4" X 5.25" panel; adhere to a

    A2 white card base. 

2. Die-cut strips in Eggplant, Plum, Amethyst, Iris and Passion 

    Flower with Sentiment Strips Fancy Die; arrange, adhere and trim 

    strips onto a white 3.75" X 5" panel. 

3. Die-cut a flower from the set three times in white, arrange and

    adhere to card panel.

4. Stamp sentiment in Pitch Black onto the panel; adhere to card base.  

5. Add sequins to complete card. 

  

For my second card I used I Love U Stamp & Cut XL and Ode to Andy Warhol Bold Prints, coordinating add-ons to the January2024 MMH Kits.

Card Instructions

1. Stamp the Ode to Andy Warhol Bold Prints in Wet Cement onto a

    4" X 5.25" white cardstock panel. 

2. Die-cut "I" and "U" in black 

3. Die-cut the heart in Cherry

4. Arrange and adhere I - ❤️ - U onto the card front.

5. Stamp sentiment in black onto white cardstock; trim and adhere

    to card front with foam dots for dimension.  

6. Add enamel dots to complete the card.

Are you ready to spread some joy and holiday cheer? The November release makes creating adorable cards and envelopes a breeze. 

I created a festive envelope using the layering snowflake stencils included in the November 2023 My Monthly Hero Premium Kit. 

Envelope Instructions

1. Stencil the base layer with Grape Ink onto an A2 envelope - Yes... I

    did use Grape. It photographed as blue. You can use the ink color of 

    your choice. 

2. Align and stencil the second layer in Gold Paste onto the envelope. 

3. Let dry.  Easy right??

 

For my second set of envelopes,  I used Wax Seals Stamp & Cut, an add-on to the November 2023 MMH Kits.

Hero Arts August 2023 My Monthly Hero Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

Our August release was inspired by a recent trip the Hero Arts owners took to Yosemite National Park! With dies to cut out trees, mountains, plateaus and fields of wildflowers, the amount of scenes that can be created is endless.

For my first card, I used the Park Scene Fancy dies.

 

For the die-cuts, I used the cardstock and embossing powder included in the Classic kit. 

I used a Journaling Photo Frame Infinity Die to create a "Polaroid" photo.

The sentiment is included I the 4" X 6" clear stamp set included in the 

Classic kit. 

For my second card, I used an add-on to this month's Kits-Bear Hug Stamp & Cut which includes a coordinating frame cut and sentiments. 

For the background, I used the the Etched Winter Scene Bold Prints to  heat emboss Detail White powder onto Pitch Black cardstock.

I stamped, die-cut and adhered the bears onto the card front with foam tape for dimension. 

I stamped, trimmed and adhered the sentiment to the card front. 

I stamped and adhere a sentiment to the card.

Hello Lady|Hero Arts

 Hola everyone. Hope you are having a great day so far! I am sharing a card created with the Dandelion Fancy Dies included in the Hero Arts My Monthly Hero Classic and Premium July 2023 Kits.  

Realizing I do not have many blank cards in my stash, I initially was going to create a white-on-white card without a sentiment-keeping it very simple. 

I decided I wanted a pop of color and added a ladybug from the Hello Lady Bundle - a sweet stamp set with matching frame cuts that coordinates with the main July kits. 

Card Instructions

1. Adhere a 4" X 5.25" Pitch Black cardstock panel to an A2 card

    base. 

2. Die-cut dandelions and seeds in white cardstock, arrange and

    adhere to a 3.75" X 5" white cardstock panel. 

3. Trim off excess dandelion stems. 

4. Adhere the dandelion panel onto the card base. 

5. Stamp, color, die-cut and adhere a ladybug onto the card front with

    a foam square for dimension.

3. Stamp sentiment in black Intense ink, die-cut and adhere to card.
