Strength Lies In Differences

Hola everyone! Hope you are having a great day! I am sharing a slimline card I created with the Hero Arts new Paper Hug Stamp & Cut XL set. However, I did not use the set to create a paper hug. I created a card to express diversity and strength. It was easy to create and I hope you will give it a try.

To begin, I swiped Creamsicle, Taffy and Key Lime Fizz Reactive Inks onto the Abstract Linocut Bold Print rubber stamp and spritzed with water.

I then laid a 3.75" X 8.75" Dove White cardstock panel onto the stamp and pressed. I dried and stamped and repeated the step moving the panel to complete coverage.

After the panel air dried, I adhered it to a 4" X 9" slimline Dove White card base

Next, I die-cut the hands from the set several times in various tones from the Colors of Earth Paper set. I trimmed the bottoms; glued 4 sets of hands to the panel and popped 3 set of hands on top with foam tape for dimension.

I to complete the slimline card, I stamped, cut and matted the sentiment from the 4" X 6" clear stamp set included in the August 2021 My Monthly Hero Kit and adhered it to the card.

Easy right? I always like to find another way to use my stamps and dies.

Thanks for taking a peek! Enjoy the rest of your day!
