Hero Arts June 2023 My Monthly Hero Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

Hola everyone. Thanks for joining Hero Arts in celebrating the June 2023 My Monthly Hero Kit release. If you hopped over from the awesome Mindy Eggen, you are in the right place. To start the hop from the beginning, visit the Hero Arts Blog. The entire hop list can be found at the bottom of this post, along with the giveaway information.

The June release features a color layering stamp set that captures the magical play of light on the ocean at sunset.

For my first card, I created a clean and simple card using the beautiful oval window die included in both the Classic and Premium kits.

Card Instructions
1. Die-cut the window die in the center of a 4" X 5.25" white cardstock
    panel.
2. Blend Butter Bar, Dandelion and Lemon Yellow inks onto a
4" X 5.25" white cardstock panel; stamp sentiment in Pitch Black
ink onto panel; adhere to back of die-cut.
3. Adhere panel to an A2 card front.
4. To complete, sprinkle sunset enamel dots.

For my second card I used the Hello Fish clear stamp set - a fun add-on to the June 2023 MMH Kits.

Card Instructions
1. Stamp and heat emboss Birthday Balloons Bold Prints onto a
    3.5" X 4.75" blue panel in clear.
2. Blend Dusty Blue, Periwinkle and Indigo onto the panel.
3. Mat panel with Nautical cardstock; adhere to an A2 card base.
4. Stamp and heat emboss fish in black, color and die-cut.
5. Stamp a sentiment in Nautical ink; die-cut; adhere onto card front.
6. Adhere the panel onto the card base.
7. Arrange and adhere fish onto card front.
8. Add clear enamel dots to complete the card.

I hope the June 2023 Hero Arts My Monthly Hero Classic Kit inspires you to create cards expressing thanks, celebrating birthdays, and more.
