Bee The Queen You Are!

 Hola everyone! I am still having a lot of fun with Hero Art's January release products! There are plenty of cute bees! 

I used the Bee The Queen and Bee and Flower Wreaths stamp sets and coordinating dies for my card. I was inspired by the Queen Bee herself: Beyonce! I gave my Queen Bee a cheetah print outfit. 

To create my fun card, I first stamped, colored and die-cut the Queen Bee and five additional bees. 

Then, from the January 2021 My Monthly Hero Kit, I die-cut the honeycomb in the gold paper included in the kit. I saved the small gold hexagons the were left over to place on the card. The January 2021 My Monthly Hero Kit is sold out, but the Abstract Honeycomb Bold Prints background stamp would work nicely. 

Next, I die-cut the honeycomb into a circle and adhered it to Hero Hues Mustard Cardstock of the same size. I matted it with a larger die-cut Pitch Black Cardstock circle.  

Oh, but wait. My die-cutting fun did not end there. Next, I die-cut hexagons with mustard cardstock and gold paper.

I heat embossed the sentiment with Detail Black Embossing Powder onto the mustard hexagon and glued it to the gold hexagon.  

I assembled and glued the circle panel onto a Hero Hues Dove White Top Folded Card popping the Queen Bee and one of the bees with clear foam tape.
