Hola everyone! Today, I am sharing a card as part of the countdown to the release of the
Hero Arts September 2020 My Monthly Hero Kit!
I love all things orange. But, for some reason, during the fall season, I prefer pumpkins in other colors! I thought pink pumpkins with the sentiment: "Have a GOURDEOUS day would make a pretty card.
To begin, on a piece of Dove White cardstock, I stamped the layered pumpkin patch image from the kit three times using my MISTI Stamping tool. The ink colors I used were: Lime Green, Raspberry Jam, Cotton Candy and Bubble Gum.
The Pumpkin Patch HeroScape Color Layering set is simple to use. I loved watching the images come together. Just imagine the various color combos you can come up with!

I cut each image to 4 1/8" X 1 3/4" matting all three with Hero Hues Azalea cardstock, followed by the copper glitter paper included in the kit. I added an additional Dove White cardstock mat to one panel only-this would later be used as the centerpiece for my card.
After stamping "Have a GOURDGEOUS day" with Raspberry Jam onto Dove White cardstock, I cut it down to 1" X 2", added a copper glitter paper mat and glued on a few Ombre Blush sequins. I then assembled the card adhering two panels with glue in the center of a Dove White Top Folded Card. I centered the aforementioned centerpiece panel onto the two panels, securing it with foam tape. I finished the card by gluing the sentiment onto the center of the centerpiece.
Next month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I feel this card would be nice to share with a survivor or anyone currently battling the disease.
I hope I have inspired you today! Thanks for taking a peek.
