Hero Arts February 2024 My Monthly Hero Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

 Hola everyone. Thanks for joining Hero Arts in celebrating the February 2024 My Monthly Hero Kits release. If you hopped over from the awesome Jeannie, you are in the right place. To start the hop from the beginning, visit the Hero Arts Blog. The entire hop list can be found at the bottom of this post, along with the giveaway information.

The February 2024 Classic Kit is about peace and friendship reminding us that we all share the same sky, the same hopes and dreams.

For my first card, I used a floral image from the clear stamp set which includes 17 coordinating dies.

Card Instructions
1. Stamp the edges of an A2 card base in Peony Ink onto Peony
    cardstock
2. Adhere a 3.75" X 5" black panel onto the card base.
3. Adhere a 3.25" X 4.75" white panel onto the card base.
4. Stamp, color and die-cut the floral image; adhere to card front with
    foam dots for dimension.
5. Tie a gold ribbon onto the image to complete.

For my second card I used the Peace Daisy Stencil and Sending Peace sets-add-ons to the February 2024 MMH Kit.

Card Instructions
1. Place small amount of White Pearl Hero Paste onto your work
    surface; add a few drops Liquid Watercolor Pink and mix
    thoroughly.
2. Place the Peace Daisy Stencil onto a 4.25" X 5.5" panel; apply
    pink paste. I like to apply paste with used gift cards.
3. Gently remove stencil; let panel dry. Wash stencil immediately
    to remove stubborn past and prevent staining.
4. Trim the panel to 4" X 5.25"; die-cut an Infinity Nesting Heart
    slightly above the center.
5. Using white cardstock, die-cut hearts into two additional 4" X 5.25"
    panels; adhere all three panels together;
6. Arrange panel onto an A2 cardbase, note where to stamp
    sentiment; remove panel; stamp sentiment in black ink.
7. Adhere panel to the cardbase.
8. Create a frame with Infinity Nesting Hearts in black cardstock;
    adhere to cardfront.
9. Add a few sequins to complete card.

I hope the February 2024 Classic Hero Arts My Monthly Hero Kit inspires you to create cards expressing love, peace, unity, healing and more.

Next on the hop is the talented Natasha! Thanks for taking a peek!
