Hola everyone. Thanks for joining Hero Arts in celebrating the May 2022 My Monthly Hero Kit release. If you hopped over from the awesome Mindy Eggen, you are in the right place. To start the hop from the beginning, visit the Hero Arts Blog.
Hero Arts has cooked up some creativity with the May My Monthly Hero kit release. Join us in the kitchen for a kit made for sharing birthday greetings, friendship, or decorating your baked goodies!
The main kit features a gorgeous kitchen-themed Cover Plate die which I used to create my first card.
Card Instructions
1. Die-cut cover plate die in Pitch black cardstock and set aside.
2. On a 4.25" X 5.5" white cardstock panel, use Red Royal Mid-tone Shadow ink to leave an impression with the Art Deco Arches stencil.
3. Adhere the panel to an A2 card base.
4. Adhere the die-cut to the panel.
5. Stamp, trim and adhere sentiment to card panel to complete.
For my second card I used the Apron Stamp & Cut XL-an add-on to the May MMH Kit.
Card Instructions
1. Stamp Buffalo Check Pattern Bold Prints onto a 4" X 5.25" white cardstock panel in Blue Raspberry ink.
2. Adhere panel to an A2 cardbase.
3. Die-cut apron in Adriatic cardstock and adhere to panel.
4. Stamp sentiments onto apron with black ink.
5. Die-cut utensils in silver glitter cardstock and adhere to the panel.
I hope the May 2022 Hero Arts My Monthly Hero Kit inspires you to whip up some delicious creations.
