You Are Fabulous!

 Hola Everyone! Hope you are having a great day so far! I want to share I card I created with Flamingo Floatie by Neat and Tangled. 

As you may notice, I altered the image and added an afro. I love making images look like the person that will receive my card! 

To create my card, I stamped, colored and altered the adorable girl on the flamingo floatie. I then fussy cut her out removing the additional hair that appeared behind her right arm. 

 

Next, I glued the image to patterned paper matted onto 3 1/2" X 4 7/8" blue cardstock.  I then stamped the water and splashes in blue ink. 

To continue I cut the sentiment in the set "trust me you are" in half and stamp "you are" and "fabulous"in black ink. 

To complete the card, I adhered the panel onto a top-folding A2 white card base.
